How to avoid Email Hackers when you import from China?

I met email hacker from Nigeria in 2017. Very hard and sorrow time, i hope i could forgot those sad times, but after so many years past, now i back to normal life, i decided to make it out to the world, hope everyone can learn a lesson and will never be cheated like me.

Since we are slitting machine manufacturer in China, and we do outbound trading business, as you know, machine is always expensive than other goods, and Nigeria email hackers always find us in alibaba or somewhere. You can never know when you will meet them.

In August 2017, my husband suddenly cerebral stroke, cerebralvascular accident,CVA is always not good recovery, after 1 month treatment in Hospital we go home and do exercise everyday at home. In year 2017 He is only 37 years, and me 36 years old, and our only son 2 years old. Life is always changes out of your control.

In Sep. 2017, i back to Office and decide to get the balance payment from my USA client. I did not realized that My client email is little different, and all my email sent to Nigeria hacker, but my client received my email to change our China account to Malaysia account which i could not see it in my email, they hidden it.

And below is Nigeria hacker Malaysia account,

ADDRESS: Jalan Sultan Abdullah, Kampung Pancur, 26600 Pekan, Pahang. 

Finally totally nearly 20000 USD paid to this account, if anyone receive this account info in future, pls notice it is cheater account.

Although we are China factory, we could not have Malaysia account, but my clients trust me so well, and it is my fault since it is my email was hacked, i suddenly found that all these days my email was logged every day many times in Nigeria. it seems everything was my fault, and i lived in ashamed and feel so sorry all my life.

Although my clients called USA FBI but Malaysia bank did not good to communicate, they did not help us, and all money was withdrawed by Nigeria hacker.

In December 2017, my husband was fired by his boss because of his illness.No salary anymore, but still have to pay medicine and our house debt.

So 3 things happened within 5 months in 2017 on me, i am totally getting mad and hopeless. Everyday was crying and praying and don’t know how to go on living on this world. Don’t know how to describe, it seems that blading your heart every minute.

Although the Nigeria hacker cheated my clients money, but due to my email hacked, i feel so deeply sorry and hope i could have so big money to compensate, but i only have 3000 RMB which is around 400 USD month salary, since my husband no job, it is very hard to live a normal life, usually 5000 RMB need to spent for whole family for 1 month in our city now, so every month i am in big economic burden, and big spirit burden.

Great burden like big mountains make me to cry, even want to suicide, everyday want to sell our house, want to sell our car, the house and car are we bought before with loan several years ago, i  just want to do everything to make our life back to normal.

After 2 months discussion with my USA clients, she paid balance payment for twice, i feel so grateful for her all my life. She saved me, saved my job,saved my family, give me hope to go on working, go on living.

After 1 year recovery, my husband find another job and work again. Everything back to Normal.

For avoid email hacker,

1, pls always notice ur email logging place.

2, pls always notice email if any different, similar ones always make us been cheated.

3, pls always notice China company usually have China account, not other countries account.

4,Pls don’t believe anything changes about account, if any changes, pls ask factory send original with signature and stamp by DHL.

5, Pls always send account by wechat, whatsapp, skype or linkedin, not only email, email is easy for hacker, but wechat, whatsapp,skype,linkedin, not easy for hacker. Usually USA clients don’t want to share their personal info, but this is the important ways for avoid email hacker.

IF attacked by Nigeria hacker, pls do:

1, go to your bank for stop money

2, call Police and report,

3, call world bank association and claim

4, Find bank local place friend as your local agent with your authorization to negotiated directly.

However in reality bank not good cooperated, if small money, you will have small chance to get it back. Every year USA lost so big money in Nigeria hacker. If very big money, you can find bigger Hacker for payment to hacker back from dark network which named Social Engineering Database, i heard this but don’t know how to do. This is not normal ways, however normal ways with police always no result.

I am a buddhist and i hope every hacker could stopped evil, hope everyone will go to paradise after death, not hell.

Hereby thanks again for my USA client who pay the balance for twice, she makes me feel hopeful from my hard time. She is the God of my life.

After so long time past, i am still not peaceful, it is like a big stone in my deep heart,

I have a dream, I hope World Bank and Malaysia bank could help to get back the money to our client.

IF my client did not get this money back, i will not peaceful until i die.
